Instructions for Online Form Submission
- Photo: Recent color passport photo with name & date (not older than 3 months)
- Thumb Impression: Left-hand thumb impression
- Signature: In running hand (capital letters not accepted)
- No need to send confirmation page to JEECUP office

- Carry printed admit card and valid ID to the exam center
