Qualification
- Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university or equivalent qualification.
Emoluments
The basic starting salary is ₹48,480 as per the scale of ₹48480-2000/7-62480-2340/2-67160-2680/7-85920 for Junior Management Grade Scale-I. Candidates with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in officer roles in Scheduled Commercial or Regional Rural Banks will receive 2 advance increments. Other benefits include Dearness Allowance, HRA, Lease Rental, CCA, Provident Fund, NPS, LFC, medical coverage, and more as per current policies.
