No: 3/2025-26 to recruit 676 individuals for the position of Junior Assistant Manager (JAM), Grade ‘O’. Eligibility Criteria

The eligibility conditions for the IDBI Bank Junior Assistant Manager Recruitment 2025 are given below-

Age Limit

• As of 01/05/2025, the minimum age limit for candidates is 20, and the maximum age limit is 25.
• The candidate must have been born no earlier than 02/05/2000 and no later than 01/05/2025 (both dates inclusive).
• Age relaxation will be given as per Govt. rules & regulations.

Educational Qualification

• Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 60% for General, EWS, and OBC candidates (55% for SC/ ST/ PwBD candidates) in any discipline from a recognized university (approved by the Government/ AICTE/ UGC).
• Candidates must be proficient in the use of computers.

Note- Passing only a diploma course will not be considered as qualifying for the eligibility criteria.

Nationality

• Indian citizens
• Subjects of Nepal/ Bhutan or Tibetan refugees (before January 1, 1962)

• There will be a negative marking of 0.25 marks for each incorrect answer.
