📋 Job Description
As a Clinical Trial Assistant, you will work closely with the clinical research team and contribute to the end-to-end execution of clinical trials. This includes documentation, coordination, compliance, and data tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- 🧪 Study Startup Support: Participate in planning and initiation, including protocol documentation and site selection.
- 👥 Patient Recruitment & Screening: Support identification and screening of participants as per ethical and regulatory protocols.
- 📊 Data Handling: Ensure accuracy in data entry, clinical records, and electronic data systems (EDC).
- 📄 Regulatory Compliance: Assist in maintaining GCP (Good Clinical Practice) and internal SOPs throughout the trial process.
- 🗂️ Documentation & Reporting: Help in preparing reports, submissions, and other official clinical documents.
- 🧾 Coordination Tasks: Organize logistics, appointments, and supply management related to ongoing trials.
- 🔒 Patient Confidentiality: Follow strict privacy standards while handling trial participant data.
📚 Required Skills and Eligibility
Minimum Educational Requirement:
✅ Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in:
- Pharmacy (B.Pharm / M.Pharm)
- Life Sciences (Biotechnology, Biology, Pharmacology, etc.)
- Pharm.D or any health science background
Work Experience:
✅ Minimum 1 year of clinical trial work
✅ Practical knowledge of:
- Clinical data entry
- Regulatory processes
- Trial coordination
Technical Proficiency:
✅ Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
✅ Familiarity with EDC (electronic data capture) systems preferred
