Eligibility Criteria (Summary)
- Joint Director (Chemistry/PHM): Master’s with relevant specialization, Ph.D., and required experience (Direct/Deputation)
- Registrar: Bachelor’s degree with administrative experience; preference for Law/Management/Administration postgraduates
- Lab Attendant (SC/UR/OBC): Matriculation with 1-year certificate in relevant fields (Crop Production, Soil Testing, Laboratory)
- MTS (SC): Matriculation with 1-year Diploma in Horticulture
Selection Process
- Joint Director (Chemistry/PHM): Presentation (40 marks) + Interview (60 marks)
- Registrar: Interview
- Lab Attendant / MTS:
- Written Test: 100 marks (qualifying 40%)
- Skill Test: 50 marks (qualifying 45%, qualifying in nature)
