Hindustan Copper Limited (HCL), a government-owned enterprise, has released a recruitment notification for 209 Trade Apprentice posts at its Khetri Copper Complex in Rajasthan. Applications are invited from eligible candidates who have completed their 10th or ITI (NCVT/SCVT recognized) in relevant trades. The selection will be made purely on the basis of merit, considering marks obtained in 10th and ITI. There will be no written test or interview.
The application window is open from 19th May 2025 to 2nd June 2025. The training will be conducted under the Apprenticeship Act, 1961.

Eligibility Criteria
- Age Limit (as on 01/05/2025):
- General: 18 to 30 years
- SC/ST: 5 years relaxation
- OBC: 3 years relaxation
- Other relaxations as per government rules
- Educational Qualification:
- For Mate, Blaster, Front Office Assistant: 10th Pass (Matriculation)
- For all other trades: ITI in relevant trade (NCVT/SCVT recognized); must have passed in 2023 or earlier
Selection Process
- Purely Merit-Based: Based on the average of marks obtained in 10th and ITI
- No Written Exam or Interview
Stipend
- As per rules and regulations of the Apprenticeship Act

- Apply online on the official HCL website under the “Career” section by entering your apprenticeship registration number.
- Upload a passport-size photo and signature in .jpg format (≤50 KB each).
- Print the completed application and acknowledgment for your records.
