Remuneration & Benefits
- Faculty: ₹20,000 per month (fixed, no additional allowances)
- Watchman cum Gardener: ₹6,000 per month (fixed)
- Leave: 15 days annual leave (maximum 2 days per month)
Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit (as on 01/05/2025):
- Faculty: 22 to 40 years
- Watchman cum Gardener: 18 to 40 years with sound health
Educational Qualifications & Experience:
- Faculty: Postgraduate degree in MSW, MA (Rural Development/Sociology/Psychology), BSc Agriculture, or BA with B.Ed. Candidates should have a flair for teaching, computer skills, and good communication. Preference given to residents of Yavatmal or nearby districts.
- Watchman cum Gardener: Minimum 8th pass. Preference for candidates with experience in horticulture/agriculture and local residency.
Selection Process
- Selection will be based on a personal interview. The final decision rests with the selection committee of the Trust.
