✅ Eligibility Criteria:
✔️ Age Limit (as on last date of application):
Applicants must be between 18 to 25 years of age.
Relaxation in upper age limit:
- SC/ST: 5 years
- OBC: 3 years
- PwBD: 10 years (13 for OBC, 15 for SC/ST)
- Ex-Servicemen: Service rendered + 3 years
- Departmental Candidates: Up to 40 years (45 years for SC/ST)
✔️ Educational Qualifications:
Candidates should have passed Matriculation (10th) or 12th class from a recognized board. Relevant skills like typing (for LDC/Hindi Typist) or driving (for CMTD) are essential for specific posts.
✅ Selection Process:
✔️ Written Test:
The written exam will be objective type and based on minimum qualification.
- For LDC/Hindi Typist: General Intelligence, English Language, Numerical Aptitude, and General Awareness
- For MTS/CMTD: General Intelligence & Reasoning, General Awareness, Numerical Aptitude
There will be no negative marking in the written exam.
✔️ Skill/ Practical/ Physical Test:
- Typing test for LDC/Hindi Typist
- Physical/Driving test for CMTD
- Trade-specific task tests for MTS and others
✔️ Document Verification:
Only shortlisted candidates will be called for document verification based on merit in written test and qualifying nature of skill/practical/physical test.
✔️ Merit List:
Final merit will be prepared based on written exam marks for each category and post.

✅ How to Apply for IAF Group C Recruitment 2025:
Applicants must submit a physical application form in the prescribed format. Enclose self-attested copies of educational certificates (10th/12th), skill certificates (typing/driving license), reservation certificates (SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PwBD), experience documents (if any), two self-addressed envelopes with ₹10/- stamps, and two recent passport-size photographs.
On the envelope, clearly mention:
“APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF ______ IN GROUP ‘C’ AND CATEGORY ______.”
Send the application by ordinary post to the relevant Air Force Station or Unit mentioned in the official notification.
Deadline: Applications must reach by 15/06/2025 (or 22/06/2025 for candidates from remote areas like Assam, Meghalaya, etc.).
